Courtney is a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Manager with over five years of experience in the legal field. In her role, she oversees the firm’s administrative operations and ensures the seamless execution of case workflows, client communications, and internal systems. With a strong background in litigation support and case management, she effectively coordinates across practice areas like personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice.

As a 2019 University of Nebraska - Lincoln grad, Courtney paired a Marketing degree with a Psychology minor. That combo gives her a unique edge in understanding people and communicating effectively, skills she uses every day at the firm.

Her proficiency in legal software, coupled with exceptional organizational skills, ensures that every case is handled efficiently and accurately. Driven by a passion for justice and a commitment to excellence, she consistently goes above and beyond to provide support for the entire firm.

Outside the office, Courtney stays active with regular workouts, sings, and relaxes with movies. She also enjoys spending time with her dog, Tony, who is her best friend.
